How are you? I have a cold. :( It's also my brother's birthday, Happy Birthday Tyler! Anyway, I thought I'd do a quick post on my opinions of Truly Me. Here we go!
This is the new meet outfit for Truly Me dolls. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. I'm just kind of... meh. It's okay.
This dress is actually pretty cute! I like the sandals a lot. It's also a fairly nice price at 28$, I could see myself buying this in the future.
I also like this outfit! The shoes are pretty cute and would be great for mix and match. But why is it called the Seaside Fun outfit? NO ONE wears a hoodie to the beach!
Oh gosh. I do NOT like this... AT ALL! The shirt is nice, in fact, all the items are nice, but together they are HIDEOUS!
Okay so, I've seen a lot of people who love this doll! Me? Not at all. I have never seen an AG doll that I thought was UGLY until now. The medium skin tone and Sonali facemold just don't work together! And the eyes... don't get me started. I will NEVER consider buying this doll.
I like this doll! I don't exactly LOVE her, but she's definitely nice! I don't think I'll ever be getting her, but I have nothing against her. I especially like her modified eyes.
I think this doll is really cute! I actually am considering asking for her for my birthday or Christmas! Probably not my birthday though, as this month is still really close to February, when I got Grace. I try to wait 6 months at least, before getting a doll after another.

ReplyDeleteI agree on the first doll you mentioned! The eye color is awful with medium skin. I like the blond one, but it's kind of weird, because AG has made #22, and #27. That's not including the blond blue-eyed dolls with bangs! The beach dress is kind of fun. My dolls wouldn't use it, so I don't really care about it. The only thing I like about the Seaside Fun Outfit is the sandals! I don't like hoodies (especially on the beach?!?) and the shorts are too short. But the sandals look very cute. :) The thing is that I don't expect AG to come out with good items anymore, so I'm not disappointed or surprised. ;)

DeleteI wear a hoodie to the beach if it's kinda chilly, or if I go in the morning. :) I like the 3 new dolls, but I think the blonde is kind of unoriginal. I like the new meet outfit. I hope you feel better soon.
